Etsy Artist Feature – Greenman13 and His Incredible Wire Wrapped Gemstones

So I made a Labradorite treasury the other day and got a fun convo telling me that I missed someone – and by God, he was certainly right! Greenman13 ‘s shop is filled with some truly incredible gemstones wrapped in truly incredible wirework. The picture above is one of my favorites for sure – I don’t see lab that often with that type of coloration.

Philip Crow is a newer seller to Etsy, and is in fact fairly new to the art of wire wrapping – he switched from expressing his creative side in painting and music to expressing it in wire wrapping. I was more amazed by that than anything else.

The thing that drew me most to Philip’s work is the fact that the lines of the wire wrapping are complex, yet no matter how complex it gets he never crosses the line of taking away from the natural wild beauty of the stones.
